How an online consultation works
- Describe your concern. Tell Medee what is going on, for yourself or for a dependent you look after.
- Book and pay in the app. The fee is shown before you confirm. You can consult on demand or schedule for later.
- Get matched with a clinician. Medee routes your request to verified clinicians and the first one available picks it up.
- Consult by chat or video. Secure messaging and video calls, with your history already in front of the clinician.
- Receive your documents. Any prescription, lab request or certificate is issued into your record and shareable by a secure link.
What you can get from a Medee consultation
- E-prescriptions your clinician issues when it is clinically appropriate, carrying the Medeefy verification mark.
- Lab and diagnostic requests you can take to a provider.
- Medical certificates and assessments, at the clinician’s judgement.
- A continuous record, so the next consultation starts from what already happened rather than from scratch.

You can add dependents to your Medee account and book on their behalf, so a parent or a guardian keeps one place for the whole family’s care.
When not to use Medee
Medee is not an emergency service. If you are having chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke, or any other emergency, go to the nearest emergency room or call local emergency services immediately. Some conditions need a physical examination, and your clinician will tell you when you need to be seen in person.
